Steven is the newest member of our staff as he will start teaching our 7th grade class in the fall of 2010. He has come highly qualified and ready to continue the Montessori philosophy. Steven G. Wilhelm (Major, USAF Retired) has over 15 years of teaching experience and just came to us from the Pulaski County Special School District, where he taught Adult Education, all subjects required to obtain a GED, basic computers and key boarding. Prior to this, Steven, was a Professor of Aerospace Science at the University of Arkansas. He has a Bachelor of Science in Education (K-12), Master Degrees in Kinesiology and Physical Education, and Minor Degrees in Health Education and Aerospace Science. He then went on to get his Masters of Science in Education from UCA. In 1997, he obtained his Arkansas Department of Education Teacher's License.
